Sophie Hall

Sophie Hall specialises in producing surface patterns for interior textiles and home accessories. Sophie focusses on creating unusual patterns from ordinary, everyday objects. She manages to capture her energy through her illustrative drawing styling, which gives the fabric designs personality and life. Her latest fabric collection inspired by “All things tea!” is vibrant, bold and eye catching. Sophie’s innovative design approach led her to draw inspiration from rubbings of biscuits and spilt tea rings, resulting in a wonderfully unique collection of fabrics. “Whilst I enjoy the use of colour, my main passion has to be mark making and the quality of the drawn line. I love to use my organic drawing style to depict ordinary everyday objects, creating patterns and designs that are individual and unique maintaining a handmade, hand drawn feel to my work.”
