Delivery & Returns

Deliveries within the United Kingdom are made by UPS courier service between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders to all UK mainland destinations will normally be delivered within 5 – 7 working days from receipt and payment of your order. Made to measure items and deliveries to remote areas of the UK may take longer.

All deliveries with in the UK mainland will be subject to a standard postage and packing charge of £10.50

Please note: A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries, so please ensure that you have made all the necessary arrangements to accept delivery on the agreed date.

You must ensure that delivered goods are in good condition upon receipt and any dissatisfaction should be reported to us immediately via email to [email protected]

Whilst we make every effort to meet our quoted delivery times they are only estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Please take this into consideration when hiring the services of a decorator or curtain maker.

The responsibility and ownership of the delivered goods passes on to the customer immediately upon signed receipt, so you have the right to refuse delivery should the parcel be damaged.

Paper Moon will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from delayed orders due to circumstances outside of our control.

We will make every endeavor to inform customers of any out of stock items at the earliest opportunity.

RETURNS POLICY

All products should be checked thoroughly and inspected upon receipt and before use, as Paper Moon cannot be held responsible for problems once the product has been used.

Any defect should be reported to Paper Moon immediately it is discovered.

Wallpaper products should be checked for faults before and during hanging and fabric products should be thoroughly examined before cutting. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

No refunds will be issued for any decorator/labour costs spent or incurred in hanging faulty wallpapers nor curtain making costs on fabric products. The liability of Paper Moon will not exceed the value of the products supplied and any loss of profit, consequential, financial or other such losses are excluded.

In the event of a fault please send a sample or photo of the product to us with the label – it should not be necessary to return all of the faulty product.

Paper Moon will refund the price of the item to the customer or exchange the product once it is agreed and all authorised refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and by the method used to pay the goods.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
