These terms of trading apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or making a purchase you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you should not use or enter this website.

Paper Moon were established in 1976 and are an honorable, reliable and trustworthy company, so purchases may be made with total confidence.
Orders are accepted on the basis of Paper Moon being able to secure the required goods and without responsibility for delays arising through circumstances beyond their control.
Paper Moon make every effort to ensure that the information appearing on their website is accurate, particularly to prices quoted, stock availability and product description, we cannot be held responsible for any errors.
Prices are subject to change, so you must ensure prior to purchase that you have rechecked all relevant details about the particular product you have selected, as the details may have been altered since you lasted visited the site.
The wallpaper and fabric colours may differ from the screen image, so we would strongly recommend that you request a sample cutting for a true colour match before making your purchase.
Full payment must be made for all goods before delivery or collection can be made.
All prices are inclusive of the standard rate of United Kingdom VAT, but do not include delivery charges.
All products displayed on this website are subject to availability and Paper Moon cannot be held responsible for any sudden withdrawal of products by the manufacturer.
Paper Moon cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.
Upon receipt of the goods the customer will assume full responsibility for them, but the goods shall remain the property of Paper Moon until paid for in full by the customer
Please ensure that the email address that you provide us with is correct and that your mail box is in proper working order, as your order acknowledgement will be sent to that address immediately upon receipt of your order.
Any contracts or agreements formed between you and Paper Moon arising from the use of this website will be governed in accordance with English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Payment may be made by any of the means stated. Orders are accepted on the condition that the products will be supplied at the price ruling on despatch.
Payments will only be accepted in pounds sterling.
Your payment card will be debited immediately upon confirmation of order.
Paper Moon will endeavour to inform customers of any errors on price, colour, size and availability to allow them the opportunity of cancelling or confirming their orders.
Our standard carriage charge to UK addresses is £12.50 (inclusive of VAT)
Samples are charged at £1.50 (inclusive of VAT) per sample to cover postage and packing.
Delivery will normally be within 5 to 7 days from receipt of order, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If any products are out of stock at the time of order the customer will be notified at the earliest opportunity.
Paper Moon cannot be financially liable for any delay in delivering an order for whatever reason.
Delivery will normally be by post or courier.
Responsibility for the product shall pass on to the customer upon delivery.
If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Paper Moon immediately.
Paper Moon cannot be financially liable for any delay in delivering the products, however arising.
SALE OF GOODS
Paper Moon make every effort to ensure that their products are of a quality for the purpose and specification for which they are intended.
All technical information in response to a customer’s enquiry is given by Paper Moon in good faith.
Whilst Paper Moon hope the customer will be pleased with their purchase, if they are not and wish to return it, they may do so at their own cost, although it will also be subject to a re-handling charge.
All products should be checked thoroughly and inspected upon receipt and before use, as Paper Moon cannot be held responsible for problems once the product has been used.
Any defect should be reported to Paper Moon immediately it is discovered.
Wallpaper products should be checked for faults before and during hanging and fabric products should be thoroughly examined before cutting. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
No refunds will be issued for any decorator/labour costs spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers nor curtain making costs on fabric products. The liability of Paper Moon will not exceed the value of the products supplied and any loss of profit, consequential, financial or other such losses are excluded.
The customer has up until seven working days after receipt of their order delivery to inform us if you wish to return your order and we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is in a fully resalable condition, undamaged and in the original packaging, although it will be subject to a re-handling charge unless faulty.
In the event of a fault please send a sample of the product to us with the label – it should not be necessary to return all the faulty product.
Paper Moon will refund the price of the item to the customer or exchange the product once it is received back and all authorised refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and by the method used to pay the goods.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
For details on returning an order please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or refer to the ‘returns form’ on the website. Please state your sales invoice number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the product and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
If the customer is not happy with the product supplied for reasons other than faulty or damaged goods they cannot be returned without a handling charge, which is why customers are encouraged to request a sample cutting for a true colour match before making a purchase.
All sale items are non-refundable
Should a customer wish to cancel an order prior to despatch Paper Moon will refund their money in full within 14 days.
We do not accept returns on wallpaper/border/fabric samples.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalized and/or made-to measure orders or cut to order fabrics unless they are faulty.
You may have additional rights under warranties supplied by the manufacturer of products.

Should Paper Moon discover that a price or product description was mis-printed or that the product is out of stock or prematurely discontinued, Paper Moon will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity allowing you the option of cancelling your order.
Paper Moon provides this site on an ‘as viewed basis’ and therefore makes no guarantees or warranties to this site or its contents.
