Delivery Policy

Deliveries within the United Kingdom are made by courier service between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders to all UK mainland destinations will normally be delivered within 5 – 7 working days from receipt and payment of your order. Made to measure items and deliveries to remote areas of the UK will take longer.

All deliveries with in the UK mainland will be subject to a standard postage and packing charge of £12.50 inclusive of VAT.

Samples are charged at a flat rate of £1.50 per sample inclusive of VAT to cover postage and packing costs.

We are able to ship to International destinations (including the Republic of Ireland). Shipping times and delivery costs are available upon request via our email address at design@papermoon.co.uk.

Please note: A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries, so please ensure that you have made all the necessary arrangements to accept delivery on the agreed date.

You must ensure that delivered goods are in good condition upon receipt and any dissatisfaction should be reported to us immediately via email to design@papermoon.co.uk .

Whilst we make every effort to meet our quoted delivery times they are only estimated and cannot guaranteed. Please take this into consideration when hiring the services of a decorator or curtain maker.

The responsibility and ownership of the delivered goods passes on to the customer immediately upon signed receipt, so you have the right to refuse delivery should the parcel be damaged.

Paper Moon will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from delayed orders due to circumstances outside of our control.

We will make every endeavour to inform customers of any out of stock items at the earliest opportunity.
